B&L Leakproof Dampseal Moisture Barrier is a 2-part water based epoxy negative pressure membrane, designed to combine excellent adhesion and toughness as a water and vapour proof coating under waterproofing membranes and/or adhesives.

Recommended Uses

•  Used as a base waterproofing system prior to the application of waterproofing membranes or adhesives where a water and vapour transmission barrier is required
• Under timber floors
• Negative pressure membrane
• Chemical resistant coating
• Suitable for use in conjunction with other coatings – examples- decorative paints, protective coatings, tiling adhesives and other floor preparation products
• Retaining walls, planter boxes, lift wells, concrete tanks, basements, tanks, reservoirs, aqua ducts, underground car parks etc
