2.4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, which may vary depending on your payment provider.
