Den Braven Zwaluw Tixoplast is a one component bitumen based sealant developed as an adhesive for bituminous roofing and insulation panels and a weatherproofing sealant for joints, eaves, gutters etc.

- Adhesive for bituminous roofing and insulation panels (not polystyrene)
- Weatherproof sealing of joints, eaves, gutters, skylights, chimneys
- Sealing leaks and emergency repairs in wet weather
- Filling of cracks, joints and blisters on roofs and gutters
- Adhere shingles to sloped roofs
